《液壓氣動系統安裝與調試》教材以職業教育國際水平專業教學標準先進理念為指導,根據“工作任務由簡單到復雜,能力培養由單一到綜合”的原則設計項目內容,教材采用“工作頁”“信息頁”靈活的組織形式。
《液壓氣動系統安裝與調試》教材包括液壓傳動和氣壓傳動兩個模塊。每個模塊由5個項目組成,分別為方向控制回路的設計與調試,壓力控制回路的設計與調試,流量控制回路的設計與調試,邏輯控制回路的設計與調試和電氣、液壓/氣動綜合控制回路的設計與調試。
《液壓氣動系統安裝與調試》教材將企業的典型工作任務轉化到學習領域,結合以工作任務為導向的工作頁、信息頁,加強了學生創新能力的培養,并進一步提高學生獨立從事液壓、氣動相關工作的能力。教材中元器件的圖形符號、回路以及系統原理圖全部按照國家新發布的圖形符號標準繪制。
《液壓氣動系統安裝與調試》教材統一規劃,體系科學。后續將陸續出版機電類專業其他教材,如《車間德語》《機械識圖》《PLC技術應用》《機電設備調試與維護》。
